Beef and Rice Casserole

Recipe for Beef and Rice Casserole:

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. Hollenbeck Farms Stew Meat (Round Steak)
  • 2 cups rice
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

Mix rice, water and salt in a large bowl. Let stand. Slowly brown beef cubes and add to the rice mixture. Stir in onion, soup, and cheese. Bake covered @350 for approximately 1 hour.
