Crock–Pot BBQ Beef

Recipe for Crock–Pot BBQ Beef:

Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs. Hollenbeck Farms Roast
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 cups ketchup
  • 4 Tbl. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbl. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 4 Tbl. Worcestershire
  • ¼ cup chili powder or cayenne pepper
  • 6 cloves minced garlic

Instructions:

Place onion, salt and pepper over frozen roast in crock-pot. Cook on low 18 hours. Shred. Mix other ingredients to make the sauce. Pour over shredded beef. Continue to heat in crock-pot on low 2 to 4 hours until serving.
