Recipe for Crock–Pot BBQ Beef:
Ingredients:
- 4 lbs. Hollenbeck Farms Roast
- 1 onion (chopped)
- Salt and pepper
- 3 cups ketchup
- 4 Tbl. brown sugar
- 3 Tbl. vinegar
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 4 Tbl. Worcestershire
- ¼ cup chili powder or cayenne pepper
- 6 cloves minced garlic
Instructions:
Place onion, salt and pepper over frozen roast in crock-pot. Cook on low 18 hours. Shred. Mix other ingredients to make the sauce. Pour over shredded beef. Continue to heat in crock-pot on low 2 to 4 hours until serving.
